You will need to have your documents in hand prior to the notary arriving. You can ship your documents or download/print them by clicking the “Get documents” button on the Home page of your Trust & Will account. Documents may take up to two weeks to arrive when requested through Trust & Will.

Please be advised, doing an appointment on the same day might be difficult to secure a notary and two witnesses. It is best for us to have at least 24 hours notice. If you do need someone out today, we will contact you after you put in the appointment.
