- Will the notary and 2 witnesses be coming to my home?
- Yes, they will go directly to your door at the day and time you schedule.
- Do we need to have the signing at my house or can it be at my office or a Starbucks?
- Yes, we can have the notary and witnesses meet you anywhere that is convenient.
- Will the notary be bringing the documents to the signing?
- No, please print your documents from the Trust & Will website. You can also request for the documents to be printed and shipped to you in the mail from Trust & Will. Shipping typically takes one week, so plan ahead before the notary arrives.
- Can I go to my bank or a local UPS store to get my documents notarized instead?
- Sometimes a bank or a local UPS store will offer notary services for, however, often times they WILL NOT notarize estate plan documents. Call them ahead of time and make sure they are able to notarize estate plan documents.
